Frequently asked questions
We have gathered the questions most frequently asked by roofers, tinsmiths, and workshops before purchasing an OLMET machine.
How to choose a machine
Machine selection depends on three parameters: maximum sheet metal thickness, working length, and whether you need circular cutting knife. For processing flashings made of 0.5-0.7 mm coated steel sheet, a sheet metal folder with a length of 2000-2500 mm is sufficient.
If you work in a mobile workshop, pay attention to the machine's weight and transport wheels. For stationary work, a version with a counterweight and a longer bending beam is better.
